It was an honor to witness the talent of such a beautiful and hard working lady. I flew in from New York to attend her show in Atlanta on May 1st 2016 at the Georgia Dome stadium. The show started with DJ Khaled who brought in a couple of rappers like Rick Ross, T.I, Kent Jones, Yo Gotti, 2Chainz, The Dream, August Alsina, ludacris who rapped along with their popular hits . In the audience was real housewives Kandi, porscha and kenya moore. Also love and hip hop atlanta star’s rasheeda and kirk.
Beyonce kicked off the show with her song “formation” and i remember climbing the chairs in excitement and dancing. It was like i was in a trance when she performed “formation”. I cried when she sang “all night”. I was feeling this anger when she performed “don’t hurt yourself” good lord i was so into it, i felt the energy and aggression as she performed this track from her album lemonade. I was sitting in the section L floor section and it was money well spent. Her show is a life experience and she gives a great show . Her costumes, her dancers, dance routines and stage effects were superberb. There was a tribute in the middle of the show to prince in which there was a huge purple screen and his song “purple rain” played in the background.
I took a moment to look all around at everyone and it was a “wow” moment to see how many people paid to see beyonce. She is truly blessed and i am proud to be a fan of beyonce. My most favorite track has to be “Don’t hurt yourself” followed by “Formation” then Freedom and All night. I left her concert feeling the need to do more with myself and with my career. To live my dreams and to have people come out from miles away to witness my talent.
